Your support will enable SNACK & Friends to continue its mission to provide children with developmental disabilities and their families with a much-needed after-school and weekend program where they can socialize, interact with others who share similar abilities, make new friends, and participate in activities that typical kids do everyday such as swimming, playing soccer and sports, creating art projects, singing songs and having FUN!

Your support and generosity will help us maintain and expand SNACK programs and services, maintain day-to-day operational costs, serve more children, and offer lower fees to families who are financially challenged. 

There are various ways you can support SNACK & Friends’ efforts:

• Become a SNACK "Virtual Ambassador ": Make a donation and help spread the word about SNACK to friends and family asking them to lend their support and gift a gift of fun, friends and hope to our kids and their families. Just click on the "Become a SNACK Virtual Ambassador " link above to make a donation and/or forward on to others by clicking on "email a friend" and include a personal message.

• "In Honor Of" or "In Lieu Of " Donations: Many of our supporters make donations to SNACK in honor of their family and friends as well as in lieu of giving or receiving gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and other special occasions. SNACK will send a card acknowledging your thoughtful donation to the person of your choice.

• "In Memory of Loved Ones" Donations: Remember a special loved one by giving a gift in their memory. SNACK will send a card acknowledging your thoughtful donation to the person of your choice.

For all In Honor, In Lieu of and In Memory of Loved Ones Donations please provide the following information for the Acknowledgment Card:

• The name of the person your donation is being made on behalf of
• The name and address of the person to receive an Acknowledgement Card from SNACK & Friends
• What your donation is being made in honor of or in lieu of

• Become a SNACK & Friends Benefactor: Benefactor donations will help us maintain day-to-day operational program costs, serve more children, expand SNACK programs and services as well as offer lower tuition fees to families who are financially challenged. Suggested Benefactor Donation Levels: $1500, $2500, $5000

• Matching Charitable Gift Program Donations: submit SNACK to receive a donation from your Company Matching Charitable Gifts Program

• Make SNACK & Friends your Charity of Choice: Many of our supporters have selected SNACK & Friends to be the highlighted charity for a variety of events graciously donating a portion of their event proceeds to SNACK & Friends.

• Attend/Support SNACK  Fundraising Events:
  • SAVE THE DATE - December 6th 2008:  SNACK's Holiday Friendraiser - The New York Athletic Club

• General Donations: Any donation you are able to make will be greatly appreciated and will help SNACK continue its mission to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs and their families by bringing fun, friends and hope into their lives.
