Teen Fitness Classes
Sometimes it's difficult to convince teens to get out of the house, put away the electronics, and make the effort to spend time with their peers. To fill this void, SNACK* created fun, innovative socialization and recreational programs to offer our teens the opportunity to interact with their peers and be themselves.
At SNACK*, children of ALL abilities are welcome including those with no diagnosis.
ALL SNACK* activities are open to the general public.
Sports classes introduce participants to a broad spectrum of physical opportunities - from yoga to basketball. Our hour class has a max 2:1 ratio (two children per instructor) with no more than 8 per class.
This class is designed to increase and maintain everyday living skills. Nutrition, proper use of utensils, recipe following, table manners, hygiene, and the opportunity to try new things will occur. Special diets will be honored.
Participants are guided through obstacle courses, challenges with weights and ropes, and use of exercise equipment with a goal of eventual independence with these skills.

January 17th - May 22nd
(No Class on 2/14-2/20, 4/10-4/17, 5/23-5/31)
Summer 2020 Semester
June 1st - August 9th
(No Class on 7/2-7/9)
Mondays 4:30-7:30 PM
4:30-5:30PM: Fitness Stations
5:30-6:30PM: Healthy Cooking
Classes are: $55 per hour
