Dear Family and Friends,
April is World Autism Month and the goal is greater understanding and acceptance for all. For my family, nothing better represents understanding, acceptance and hope than Snack*. Please watch our video and you will see Sam literally grow up at Snack from age 6 through 17.
At Snack, Sammy has learned so many skills and our family has found love, support and community during a difficult and often lonely journey. At 17, he continues to grow and achieve at Snack- note the 2015, one-armed freestyle morph into the 2017, two-armed stroke he works hard to perfect today.
The school bus will stop coming for Sam in 4 short years, but Snack is making sure he is not just left standing at the curb. They are providing him with the support to learn the valuable work skills and independence he will need to live as a productive adult for the rest of his life.
We are so grateful for all Snack has given and will continue to give to Sammy and our family. Please help us support this incredible organization that has shaped Sam's and so many others' lives.
 In gratitude,
 Alan and Jackie
